1. The service
ihubb provides a hosted compliance management workspace. We provide the service "as is" and improve it continuously.
2. Free trial
New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial. At the end of the trial the workspace becomes read-only until a paid plan is chosen. No charge is made without your explicit consent.
3. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it strictly to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. On cancellation your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.
